A & E Nichols is an independent furniture retail store supplying beds, bedroom furniture, hardware, cookware and general household goods in Wales. Based in Fishguard Pembrokeshire we have been established since 1908 and are still operating from the same premises today. The business is owned and run by Andrew Nichols who is the 4th generation of the Nichols family. We aim to supply good quality merchandise and have a simple ethos “If its not in stock we can probably get it!” Some people have often described the shop as an Aladdin’s cave.

The shop is divided into two sections. One selling hardware, cookware, household goods and an excellent key cutting service. The other selling beds, bedroom furniture, rugs, mirrors and bedroom accessories. We specialize mainly in beds and carry leading brands such as Rest Assured, Kozee Sleep and Jay-be. Our range includes beds to suit everyone’s tastes and styles from wooden frames to upholstered divan sets. As we are a small establishment we can offer a prompt free local delivery service – quite often delivering on the same day. We also supply to hotels, holiday cottages and homes, being either a single or quantity sale.
